We offer an extensive range of properties in West London and want you to stay with us as long as possible, and to enjoy doing so.

Before any property is let or re let, it is thoroughly inspected to make sure it reaches the required standard of cleanliness and functionality.

When property problems arise, as they inevitably do, we have an in-house maintenance team of multi-skilled tradesmen who diagnose the cause of problems quickly so the appropriate repairs can be made.

Sadly, neighbours can be a problem and anti social behaviour can blight lives. We do not tolerate such behaviour from our own tenants or from their neighbours. We become involved. We speak directly with the authorities and ensure that the appropriate intervention takes place.

Sometimes our tenants experience difficulties, which are often of a financial or marital nature. One of our tenancy sustainment professionals will try and help you to find a way around such problems so that your tenancy is sustained or is brought to an end in an orderly manner if there is no other alternative.
