When we first take on a property we ensure that it is a decent standard, modern decor, modern utilities, free from damp and free from pests; and we want it to stay that way.

Our maintenance team regularly inspect properties and carry out routine repairs:

  • Report if there is a need for more complex or major repairs;
  • Check how the home is being cared for by the tenant;
  • Remind tenants of their own maintenance obligations.

 

For more complex repairs Plexus UK works with Foundations Ltd.  Foundations are a property maintenance company that work across the South East with the following types of companies:

  • Private Landlords;
  • Home Improvement Agencies;
  • Estate Agents;
  • Local authorities;
  • Small to medium private businesses and PLCs.

Foundations have been operating for eight years, with great success, and they offer the following services:

How Foundations operates for Plexus UK tenants

Foundations friendly and professional staff are the first point of contact for all tenants on their dedicated helpline, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

Foundations also run an out-of-hours service for urgent and serious repairs, Monday to Friday 5pm to 9am and all weekend. An emergency repair is an immediate danger to your health, safety or security, or to the building. If an emergency call out visit is made to a non emergency situation because of deliberate misinformation, tenants may be charged for the cost of the call out.
